Volunteers Needed

We will be at the new location from 5 pm to 9 pm every day this week. Please leave a message with any questions, or talk to an instructor for directions.

New Hours after the first of the year

We have added a few more opportunities to get some sparring in between the evening classes. Please feel free to speak with any instructor with any questions you may have.
