Welcome to the new Des Moines Jiu-Jitsu webpage.  We hope you like the improvements and we will be adding more features and functions as we progress with our rollout.

​Caique will be coming to Des Moines on November 3rd for another fantastic seminar.  The seminar will be 2 hours from 11-1 pm on Saturday.  It will be a Gi seminar and the cost will be $65 paid in advance.  We will also be having the annual DMJJA gathering afterwards with more details on both to be coming out shortly.
