Questions to ask yourself before you leave to train:


1.) Do you have any of the following?

  • Fever
  • Shortness of breath (not severe)
  • Cough
  • Chills
  • Repeated shaking with chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell

2.) Are you ill, or caring for someone who is ill?

3.) Have you had contact with anyone who has had symptoms or has been diagnosed with COVID-19?

4.) Have you had a fever, cough, chills, muscle pain, shortness of breath or sore throat in the last week?



If you answered "YES" to any of the questions above we ask that you do not attend class for the safety of your training partners and instructors.


You can look to attend classes as soon as you are able to answer the questions above without a "YES" answer. Please stay home and take care of yourself and loved ones.
